Allan brings dynamic leadership, out of the box thinking, strategic management, and financial and business acumen to Allied Projects. He thrives on introducing successful outcomes for clients.

Allan has an extensive international business experience as a project services manager, project controls manager, senior project manager, commercial manager and previously that of a power systems protection engineering manager.
He is accustomed to high value, complex business solutions, design, implementation, construction, commissioning and final hand over including D&C, EPC, EPCM form of contracts.
He has a deep understanding of Project Controls and Project Management from his vast experience which is backed by an MBA from Heriot-Watt University (Edinburgh Business School – Scotland).

Project development and procurement, including developing concept designs, contract documents and specifications. Multidisciplinary design and interface management. Project Management of delivery phase including contract administration, risk management, quality assurance, programming, budgeting and cost control, HSE, construction management, commissioning and handover.
James is a Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng, MICE) and a Certified Practising Project Manager (CPPM, MAIPM) with over 20 years’ experience in project delivery and design management.
James is a versatile project manager with a record of delivering successful outcomes and maximising business benefit, across a wide variety of complex, multi-disciplinary, infrastructure projects. He is adept at developing and applying systems and processes which meet the unique characteristics and risk profile of individual projects, or robustly applying the client’s established systems to a defined project type. He is experienced in all phases of the project lifecycle from business case development through to construction and commissioning. He has worked on a broad range of project sizes from small, complex projects up to multi-billion dollar megaprojects on which he has managed large global teams.
Paul brings to the Allied Projects board extensive senior and executive management expertise. He compliments the board through critical thinking and providing strategic direction.

Paul is a Civil Engineer who has extensive experience across many areas with particular focus on the procurement planning, design and project management of public infrastructure such as road, rail and marine transport facilities. He also has broad experience in the resources sector across a range of projects. Many of these projects have involved relationship based arrangements where Paul has taken a role as Project Director or as a member of the Leadership Team.
His procurement and project delivery experience has encompassed working directly with private and public sector client organisations as well as with tier one construction contractors. He has participated in the setting up and leadership of several Joint Venture relationships to service major projects for both private and public sector clients. Paul has led teams managing and delivering programs of work made up of multiple assignments over several years where close relationships have been essential to the delivery of successful outcomes.
Through his broad range of experience, Paul has developed a strong understanding of how to establish effective project delivery programs and sound contractual relationships which deliver strong and effective working arrangements within teams and between organisations.
